some thoughts about choir from the choristers...

Dear Choir,

Blessed Lunar New Year!

I hope you had a good break from school.

Below is an extract from some of your friends’ reflections on the choir. Do read on and enjoy!

“ I think that the choir is a great place to learn and make friends as the teachers and instructors are very kind and friendly. I am happy that I did not regret making the choice to join choir!” – Alicia Jee, P5

“What do I feel about Choir.
Choir is fun. It lets us showcase our talent. Sometimes it may be tiring but I enjoy it. I also learn nice songs in Choir. The instructor may be very strict about how we pronounce the words or how we sing but sometimes she may be funny.” - Valerie Chang, P6

“I feel that choir is fun and interesting. It also trains my voice to be clear and not to sound eerie. But our choir instructor, Miss Loh might be strict, but she also jokes with us sometimes.” – Pok Wei Heng, P5

“Choir is exciting and improves our singing, strengthens our voices and is just wonderful. Mrs Lee, Mrs Long and Ms Loh have been of great help. I think that choir is lovely and I hope everyone will help by giving their all in singing.” – Dana Teoh, P5

“I think that choir is a great place to use my so-called ‘talent’. Singing is a hobby for me as I do that whenever I’m bored and can keep myself happy when I’m down. I’m glad I’ve joined the choir. Choir is also very educational.” – Chen Hui Ting, P6, Choir President.
